Divisional Information and Rules

Where we are setting up is different than what was previously sent.  In the attached birds eye view of the natatorium property, please ignore where the "JVS" is.  Instead we will be setting up in the same area as the "CYM" is at.  We are splitting that area with Cy-Mills Mako Sharks. When I attended the walk-through we noticed that the Cy-Mills area was very large and would accommodate both Cy-Mills and JV Stars.  This will also place us much closer to the ready bench and doors where parents will enter the Natatorium.

At the Natatorium, parents will enter the doors on the Southeast side of the building.  Parents are not allowed on the swim deck but must proceed up to the grandstands.  There is a walkway between the grandstands and swim deck.  DO NOT STAND IN THE WALKWAY TO WATCH THE RACES.  To watch, you must go into the grandstands.  There is no standing along the glass barricade between grandstands and the swim deck.

Volunteers Still Needed

We absolutely have to fill another scribe position during the 3rd shift and another timer position during the 3rd shift.  I need two parents to go online today and sign up.  This is an indoor natatorium.  So you will be inside away from the ran/humidity while volunteering.

Weather

Speaking of rain!!! Rain is in the forecast for tomorrow. Please be prepared. The swim meet will still proceed as scheduled.  Cy-Fair ISD and the team reps will be monitoring the weather developments. If any delays or changes are made to the schedule, I will let you know as quickly as I can by email.
