Good Afternoon Everyone,

Information for the 49^th Annual Ponderosa Invitational Swim Meet being held at Cy-Fair Natatorium located at 12550 Windfern Rd., Houston, TX 77064. The order for events is very different from a typical NWAL swim meet. Ponderosa has preliminaries in the morning and afternoons.The swimmers with the top 16 preliminary times in each event then qualify for and compete in the finals in the evening.I have posted the time-line for the events so that everyone can see the approximate start time for their swimmers' events.

Timers Needed

The JV Stars have been assigned three timing assignments. The first is for the 9 am – 11:30 am shift on Saturday in Lane 1.The second is for the 11:30 am to end of prelims shift on Saturday in Lane 1.The third is for the 11:30 am – End of Prelims shift on Sunday in Lane 5.If you will be there and can help, please let me know by responding to this email.We appreciate everyone’s help with filling these assignments.

Saturday

For preliminaries, JV Stars warm-ups are from 7:00 am – 7:25 am and will be in the warm-up pool in Lanes 9 & 10.

Sunday

For preliminaries, JV Stars warm-ups are from 7:00 am – 7:25 am and will be in warm-up pool in Lanes 10 & 11.
