Registration is now open for the 2026 Summer League
Season! As we prepare for an exciting season ahead, we’re reaching out for your
help in growing our team through community sponsorships.

Sponsorships play a vital role in supporting our
athletes. They help cover pool fees, meet fees, team events, and help keep
overall costs manageable for all families. With strong community backing, we
can continue building a positive and competitive program for every swimmer.

To encourage participation, we’re excited to offer the
following family incentives for securing sponsors:

Platinum Level Sponsor – 1 FREE swimmer registration
(100% off)

Gold Level Sponsor – 75% off one swimmer’s registration

Silver Level Sponsor – 50% off one swimmer’s registration

Bronze Level Sponsor – 25% off one swimmer’s registration

This is a great opportunity to significantly reduce your
season fees while making a meaningful impact for our team. We’re asking each
family to consider reaching out to local businesses, employers, friends, or
community contacts who may be interested in sponsoring our team. Many
businesses welcome the opportunity to support youth athletics while gaining
positive visibility in the community.

Here’s how you can help:

• Make a personal introduction or share their contact information with us

• Share our sponsorship flyer (attached)

• Encourage them to connect with us to discuss partnership opportunities

We offer multiple sponsorship levels and are happy to
answer any questions to make the process simple and successful.

Our goal is to secure sponsorship commitments by April 20th, so we can maximize support for the upcoming season. If your sponsor
commitment comes in after you have already registered your swimmer, a refund
reflecting the earned discount will be applied accordingly.
