You will be allowed to Park anywhere, except in the Fire Lanes and the Roped off areas for the Food Trucks.

Check in will go from 6:30 - 7:15 AM.  If you are running late please text Krista Guerrero at 832-217-5296.

The JV Stars Warm-Ups will go from 7:50 - 8:15 AM.

7:30 AM - Officials Meeting in the Hospitality Hallway.

7:45 AM - Ready Bench Volunteer Meeting.

7:45 AM - Timers Meeting on the Deck with the Head Timer.

8:00 AM - Coaches Meeting and meeting of the referee in the Hospitality Hallway.

8:15 AM - Officials, Timers and Scribes on Deck.

Our Team set up will be indoors, in the Hallway close to the Ready Benches.

Please bring towels, blankets, food, drinks and plenty of things to entertain your swimmers (No Pop Ups).  There were be several food trucks available throughout the day for food.  Please bring cash.

The Meet is set to get started at 8:30 AM.  If you are a Volunteer, the Sessions are broken down accordingly:  1st Session covers Events 1 - 24,   2nd Session covers Events 25 - 50,    3rd Session covers Events 51 - 80.

We still need a 2nd Session Star Search Volunteer, a 3rd Session Timer, a 3rd Session Star Search Volunteer, a 3rd Session Ribbons Person, 3rd Session Runner and 3rd Session Water Runner.  If you can fill in any of the listed spots, please reply back to this email.
